Made for each other

I still can't stop laughing about this.

A while back I was chatting with my sister-in-law, and she apologized in advance for anything she might say that was offensive, "I'm realizing," she said, "that I don't always think about what I say and it sometimes comes out wrong. I don't mean to offend anyone but I do. So don't feel bad if I say something I shouldn't."

To which I replied, "BAH HA HA HA HAHHAHA! "

You remember I'm married to John, right?

Your brother? He is the KING of 'that didn't come out right'. If I was offended by things people don't mean to say I could never have married him.

Case in point:

My husband walked across our living room to kiss me yesterday and said: "Hi, Whore."

It was a little garbled, something between hottie and gorgeous. . trailing off at the end because it was sounding wrong.

I have not laughed that hard in a long time. When I could breathe again, I said: "I can not wait to tell people that you just called your 8.99999 months pregnant wife a whore."

Him: "Yeah, tell your dad. . . that will go over well."
